Build and operate full-stack features for CPI’s cloud-native learning platform. Develop C#/.NET microservices, event-driven services, Azure integrations, SQL data models, and React components. Own features from design through production, including testing, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product and design partners, practice secure and accessible engineering, use AI-assisted development tools, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical experiments and agile delivery.

Lead a backend-focused software engineering squad building C#/.NET microservices for CPI’s Azure-based learning platform. Own technical direction, architecture, delivery, service reliability, incident response, observability, secure coding, and continuous improvement. Remain hands-on with backend development while contributing to React features, mentor engineers, lead design and code reviews, and promote AI-assisted development. Partner with product and engineering leadership to deliver scalable, maintainable services through frequent, low-risk deployments.
