Provides cross-team technical leadership by architecting scalable systems, leading design reviews, resolving complex technical issues, shipping production code, mentoring engineers, reducing technical debt, and translating business priorities into technical roadmaps. The role requires hands-on full-stack software development, AI-paired delivery, strong communication, and influence without formal authority.

Own and ship full-stack product features in weekly cycles: scope solutions, build backend services and UIs, use AI tooling for development, ensure code quality and production readiness, measure impact, and communicate with stakeholders.

Own end-to-end commission and compensation administration, SPIFF program governance, BRD authoring, sprint board coordination, vendor/license administration, and recurring reporting across Salesforce, Metabase, and Snowflake while supporting attribution audits and ad-hoc data requests.

Build and ship full-stack features in weekly loops, owning problems end-to-end from stakeholder discovery to production, using TypeScript/Node backend and React/React Native frontends, leveraging AI-paired tools, and making scalable architectural decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
