Provide technical pre-sales support for MSP/MSSP partners: run demos and PoCs, design and customize solutions using Cynet, enable and train partners, act as technical advisor, collect partner feedback for product teams, and stay current on cybersecurity trends.

Support pre-sales technical evaluation and PoCs for MSP/MSSP partners, deliver demos and solution architecture, enable partners, provide technical advisory and feedback to product teams, and stay current on cybersecurity trends.

Provide advanced, customer-facing technical support for Cynet's security platform: troubleshoot escalated issues, deploy and optimize solutions, analyze logs, collaborate with R&D/product teams, mentor Tier 1 engineers, maintain documentation, and influence product improvements.

Lead FP&A analysis, forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and management reporting. Build financial models, automate reporting and dashboards, partner with business stakeholders and Accounting, and support BI and financial systems implementation.

As a Sales Engineer, you will provide technical support during the sales process, train partners, manage PoCs, and act as a technical advisor.
