Reconcile new reports with legacy systems, validate calculations and KPIs, optimize performance, and support UAT and enterprise rollout. Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments while following Git, Azure DevOps, source-control, governance, and release-management standards.

Lead delivery of Data Management and Analytics projects, manage project health across scope, schedule, budget and risks, act as primary client contact, drive customer satisfaction, position additional work, and direct globally distributed teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Design and implement enterprise data architectures and lakehouse/warehouse solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or similar platforms. Lead data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud integration, CI/CD, and stakeholder-facing consulting engagements to deliver scalable, secure analytics systems.
