Supports federal market intelligence, capture, and proposal activities through procurement research, opportunity and competitor tracking, data maintenance, and basic quantitative and qualitative analysis. Maintains intelligence databases, trackers, dashboards, and reports using federal procurement platforms and Excel. Coordinates research requests with business development and capture teams, prepares briefs and summaries, and independently handles smaller assignments. Requires experience in small-business federal contracting, including SBA 8(a) and set-aside programs.

Provide virtual individual and group psychotherapy to TRICARE/DoD beneficiaries, develop and document treatment plans, assess hospitalization and fitness for duty, maintain medical records, collaborate with clinical teams, attend meetings, and complete credentialing and training requirements.

Provide tele-psychiatry outpatient care to low-to-moderate acuity military beneficiaries, including diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, triage, fitness-for-duty and MEB/TDRL evaluations, documentation, quality assurance, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Maintain licensure, board certification, credentialing, and BLS certification; update charts promptly and adhere to DHA/MTF protocols and TRICARE guidance.

Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up via telehealth for low-to-moderate acuity military beneficiaries. Collaborate with medical teams, recommend treatment plans, perform fitness-for-duty and administrative evaluations, maintain documentation, and follow DHA/TRICARE protocols.

Monitor construction for cultural resources, record findings, complete daily logs, conduct Phase I pedestrian surveys, perform testing/data recovery, coordinate with senior staff, and work in rugged outdoor conditions along US/Mexico border sites.
