Five years ago, Li walked into her manager’s office and told him she was looking to grow into a different role within the company. Together, they identified a path that made sense for her skill set to move out of customer success. Through LEAD, she was able to define a position for herself as part of the business’s sales and service operations team. And then in 2022 moved into a newly created customer marketing team.
