Build and maintain the Medicaid Interface Registry, write Interface Control Documents, and create an Interface Management Plan. Gather requirements, document system-to-system data exchanges, review and improve interface documentation, identify integration risks, troubleshoot interface functionality, and provide monthly status reports. The role supports a South Dakota Medicaid modernization initiative and requires onsite work in Sioux Falls for approximately eight months.

Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical Medicaid data models using ERwin or ER/Studio. Develop a scalable Medicaid data warehouse structure, support data catalog and lineage creation, map system interactions, and identify data quality, integration, governance, security, and database design improvements. Collaborate with state Medicaid and IT staff, document data movement and metadata, contribute to status reporting, and work onsite in Sioux Falls for the engagement.

Develop and maintain a Medicaid data governance program using Microsoft Purview. Build data catalogs, business glossaries, classifications, metadata, ownership assignments, and end-to-end lineage. Gather requirements, assess data management practices, identify security and compliance risks, and recommend governance, cataloging, integration, and data quality improvements. Produce a Medicaid Data Governance and Management Plan and monthly status reports while collaborating with state agency, IT, and technical stakeholders.

Leads enterprise endpoint engineering across Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure. Responsibilities include device provisioning, application deployment, patching, compliance, hybrid identity management, PowerShell automation, Windows infrastructure support, endpoint security controls, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also requires imaging and operating-system deployment, Active Directory and network administration, certificate authentication, and IAVA deployment processes. The position is primarily remote but requires candidates to reside in the DMV area for occasional in-person meetings.
