Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, customer relationships, technical teams, project reviews, quality processes, and executive communications. Own post-sale success for a portfolio of enterprise customers: drive retention, renewals, and expansion; build multi-threaded relationships; run Executive Business Reviews; monitor customer health; manage device inventory and demand planning; coordinate with solutions, technical account managers, sales, and finance; and contribute to CS playbooks and onboarding frameworks.

Own technical success for an enterprise account portfolio: drive onboarding, support, enablement, and escalations; collaborate with Account, Product, and Engineering teams; communicate product gaps; document implementations; enable customers on best practices; participate in on-call pager rotation; and help shape the Technical Account Management function.

Outbound-focused BDR role responsible for prospecting new logos, building pipeline, making 20-40 outbound calls/day, qualifying inbound leads, handing off opportunities to sales, maintaining CRM (NetSuite), and collaborating on targeting strategies. Requires customer engagement, account mapping, quota attainment, and occasional travel (10-20%).
