Provides expert technical support, analysis, research, and leadership for complex IT problems supporting government mission programs. Responsibilities include systems architecture, telecommunications, systems integration, security engineering, network management, technical solution development, executive-level team participation, and project leadership. Requires extensive independent judgment, strong communication skills, Secret clearance, and advanced networking and cybersecurity certifications.

Provides cybersecurity information assurance expertise across acquisition and sustainment programs. Advises DLA organizations on IA architecture, controls, boundary defense, access-control standards, and enterprise IA solutions. Supports IT service strategy, project management, documentation, reporting, and compliance using Microsoft tools. Requires Secret clearance, relevant C&A experience, IT management background, and specified cybersecurity and networking certifications.
