Provide administrative financial support to the Controller: manage FACTS billing and payments, process accounts payable/receivable, reconcile event cash, maintain finance records, liaise on budgets, and support school business operations in accordance with diocesan policies.

Assist the PE/classroom teacher by preparing instructional materials, supervising and supporting students in learning activities, performing clerical tasks, maintaining records, and upholding Catholic school mission and policies.
