Develops and manages relationships with major donors for two Catholic schools, including prospect research, donor cultivation and solicitation, fundraising campaign support, grant applications, stewardship, gift recording, database accuracy, corporate matching gifts, and donor recognition. The role also supports fundraising events, advancement communications, website updates, and collaboration with school leaders, staff, volunteers, and parent organizations while ensuring compliance with school and diocesan policies.

Assist the PE/classroom teacher by preparing instructional materials, supervising and supporting students in learning activities, performing clerical tasks, maintaining records, and upholding Catholic school mission and policies. Complete required diocesan trainings and certifications and support school events and occasional travel.

Provide classroom coverage and support classroom teacher by preparing materials, supervising students, assisting with instruction and clerical tasks, maintaining records and professionalism, and complying with Diocese EIM requirements.

The Director of Communications leads marketing, communications, and public relations for two schools, enhancing public image and community awareness.

Fill in for the classroom teacher, follow lesson plans, supervise students in class and during lunch/recess, support learning activities, manage student behavior, maintain records, and provide feedback to the returning teacher while upholding the Catholic school's mission and policies.
