Duties include correspondence, mail and call processing, dictation, translation, records and database maintenance, calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, event support, document preparation, and check requests. Requires confidentiality, organization, independent judgment, bilingual English and Spanish communication, Catholic ministry participation, and flexibility for changing priorities, evening or weekend work, and diocesan travel.
