Provides concierge-style security for members, guests, and employees at a private residential club. Responsibilities include access control, threat detection and reporting, emergency intervention, medical and fire response, disaster preparedness, safety-policy enforcement, and risk reduction. The role requires professional guest service, regulatory compliance, calm performance during high-stress situations, flexible scheduling, and the physical ability to work outdoors, stand, walk, and lift over 50 pounds.
