Compensation + Benefits

Provides 401(K) matching

DDI provides employees with a 401(k) matching plan with Slavic through our PEO G&A. DDI will match 50% of employee contributions up to 6%.

Offers life insurance

DDI covers basic life insurance equal to 2 times an employee's annual salary, up to $500,000 ($650,00 with EOI). Additional supplemental life insurance & AD&D are available for purchase.

Offers disability insurance

DDI provides disability insurance to all benefit eligible employees at no cost to the employees & covers 60% of the employees annual salary up to $2,500/week (STD) & $15,000/month (LTD).

DDI regularly hosts in game events for our players where dollars spent in game get matched and/or donated to selected charities.
