Build and ship end-to-end features for Dover's marketplace and ATS. Propose product ideas, implement designs, launch, iterate in production, and collaborate closely with a small engineering team to move quickly and maintain high quality.

Develop recruiting strategies, onboard and manage client relationships, collaborate with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters, deliver candidate experience, and optionally build/manage a team. Provide tailored hiring solutions and stay current on recruiting best practices.

Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal counsel to early-stage startups across formation, fundraising, governance, employment, commercial contracts, and compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate key documents, coordinate immigration matters with external counsel, act as ongoing outside counsel, and build trusted founder relationships while collaborating with cross-functional experts.

Serve as a fractional marketing leader for early-stage startups: define and execute go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, demand generation, product marketing, analytics, and growth programs. Collaborate with founders and other experts, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution to drive measurable growth.

Serve as a fractional Head of People partnering with founders to define and execute people strategy. Design and implement hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and employee experience programs. Lead org design, workforce planning, people operations, compliance, and employee relations. Advise on culture and complex decisions, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and build trusted relationships with founders. Option to transition from contractor to full-time.
