Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, process modeling, user story development, and business process re-engineering. Partner with architecture, engineering, delivery, operations, and customer teams to define API-first, microservices-based, cloud-enabled solutions. Manage dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, modernization initiatives, and delivery execution while supporting customer adoption, demonstrations, and strategic engagements.

The Associate Manager Infrastructure Services will oversee technical operations involving Windows Server, Linux, and AWS, manage projects, mentor staff, and ensure system security and compliance.

Lead architecture strategy for Assure Smart Apps across ServiceNow and the DXC Assure Platform. Design scalable, secure, reusable platform and integration patterns, define API-first and event-driven solutions, enforce governance and best practices, mentor architects, and drive modernization, observability, and operational excellence for enterprise insurance deployments.
