Maintains client infrastructure through user account and permissions management, server monitoring, software installation, security patching, backups, preventative maintenance, and connectivity troubleshooting. Provides remote technical support, trains users, performs minor equipment repairs, documents solutions, escalates complex issues, and builds strong customer relationships. The role supports systems administration and infrastructure operations while developing the engineer’s technical and customer-service capabilities.
