Supervise staff and volunteers, ensure participant inclusion, oversee budgets, billing, marketing, grants, and program materials. Provide part-time evening support for recreational programs (bowling, horseback riding, swimming, camps) for children and young adults with disabilities. Implement program components, ensure participant health and safety, and create an enjoyable experience under program guidelines.
