Own Salesforce and commercial systems as the enterprise system of record for pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Define commercial metrics, data standards, and governance; improve data quality and adoption; build repeatable board and executive reporting; reconcile sales reporting with Finance; establish forecasting cadence and accountability; manage commercial systems roadmap and external implementation partners.

Manage delivery of biometrics and clinical trial projects: create timelines, run meetings, align stakeholders, track scope and finances, manage risks/escalations, support audits and client requests, and ensure compliance with industry standards and SOPs.

Lead strategic data management for assigned client portfolios: set data standards, optimize clinical data flows, oversee delivery of data management services, drive process improvements, mentor staff, and liaise with clients to ensure quality, on-time, on-budget results.

Hands-on technical leader who designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI automation and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, RAG and document-intelligence systems, API integrations, orchestration, monitoring, reusable AI assets, and mentoring a small engineering team to deliver frequent releases and measurable business impact.
