Leads an eLearning team developing, maintaining, and optimizing self-paced digital learning content for a clinical data platform. Owns content strategy, roadmaps, production workflows, quality standards, analytics, accessibility, and learning outcomes. Collaborates with subject matter experts, product teams, stakeholders, and external partners to translate complex concepts into effective training. Uses AI and emerging technologies to improve development and personalization, while mentoring team members and incorporating learner feedback.

Manages clinical data throughout the study lifecycle, including protocol conversion, database builds, CRF design, data review, query management, reporting, and quality control. Collaborates with sponsors, clinical operations, biostatistics, programming, and technical teams to configure data-cleaning strategies, monitor KPIs, identify risks, and ensure compliant, timely deliverables. Provides project leadership, develops study documentation, performs trending analysis, and supports continuous process improvement.

Processes and quality-checks external and local laboratory data throughout clinical trials. Reviews protocols, eCRF designs, vendor data transfers, normal ranges, reconciliation logs, exception listings, and clinical database alignment. Supports study start-up, data documentation, issue resolution, reporting, metrics, and vendor agreements while ensuring ICH/GCP, SOP, and data integrity standards. Collaborates with clinical data management, project teams, clients, laboratories, and vendors.
