Lead long-term ownership of an enterprise business capability platform: define vision and roadmap, own end-to-end processes and supporting technologies, prioritize product backlog, drive agile delivery, manage governance/funding, oversee vendor relationships, measure KPIs, ensure risk and compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to realize business value and continuous improvement.

The Managing Director will lead restructuring and turnaround efforts in automotive and manufacturing sectors, advising clients, overseeing operations, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Lead design and implementation of the EisnerAI platform, integrating data, governance, AI agents and applications. Drive model evaluation, post-training optimization, agent development (TaxPrepBot, DocIntake, etc.), and ensure data governance and responsible AI practices across enterprise solutions.

Manage IRS examinations, appeals, collection matters, and penalty/relief requests; perform federal tax research and memos; correspond with IRS, mentor staff, and contribute to training and thought leadership.
