At Elevate Brands, leaders believe in paying it forward. Whether it’s offering an omnipresent support system during complex projects or simply helping employees take that next big step in their career, championing each other is essential to the culture. “I think simply being there for team members provides the utmost value – especially when working remotely,” said Kelly Guidry, senior social media manager. “It’s easy to get siloed, so communicating together can be extremely helpful.” That same support extends into a focus on wellness, with “no meeting Wednesdays” and an unlimited PTO plan to relax after a job well done. Guidry summarized it best: “Thanks to our leaders and fast-paced startup environment, my skills have grown exponentially.”

Clearly defined missions drive team growth and collaboration
As category director, Shaun Rubenstein oversees a team of seven brand managers and 14 brands — which means cohesive alignment is essential for success. A project of that scale could be stressful, but Rubenstein doesn’t sweat it. “My vision is to create an environment where my managers feel empowered to fully own the brand performance,” he said. “Our CEO has done a great job of clearly defining the company’s mission with all employees, so it’s been easy to align my vision with his leadership strategy.” With such strong collaboration, Rubenstein is excited — for the growth, and the experience.

Building a tight-knit culture despite remote distance
Paige Cacace
Human Resources Coordinator
When asked to summarize Elevate’s company culture, Paige Cacace immediately had two words come to mind: “Hard-working and collaborative,” she said. “We’re all working together toward one goal, so everyone wants to win.” That’s because, as the people coordinator, Cacace knows how to set up new hires for success and build that culture from day one. Since many teams work remotely, a monthly spotlight allows employees to showcase their individual personalities and passions both inside and outside of work. “Even though many of us are virtual, it really feels like we’re always all in the same room.”
Our culture really motivates me to be my best because I’m working with such hard-working people. Everyone gives it their all by bringing different ideas and experiences to the table!
Establishing support systems that create leaders
Kelly Guidry feels turbo-charged coming to work every morning thanks to a secret ingredient: Having a personal cheerleader. “My manager, Jocelyn, has been instrumental in my ability to grow as a leader,” she said. “Constant support is the greatest thing to have – especially when you’re still in the early stages of your career.” This support has allowed Guidry to grow into a senior role, giving her the confidence to manage teams and proudly voice her ideas all while tackling elaborate campaigns helping Elevate grow into the future. “I’m surrounded by those who push me to become my best self.”

Senior Social Media Manager
The concept that ‘no idea is a bad idea’ and the ability to have open communication with the leadership team is ultimately what has provided me with the confidence to grow my skills and level up.
