Owns LillyDirect’s end-to-end consumer experience strategy, mapping journeys, identifying friction, synthesizing research and analytics, monitoring funnel health, and guiding product-pod prioritization. The role advocates for consumers, translates insights into roadmap opportunities, tracks competitive benchmarks, facilitates cross-functional workshops, and communicates strategy to executives. It requires collaboration with product, design, engineering, legal, compliance, regulatory, market research, and analytics teams.

Provides strategic and technical leadership for Lilly’s eDiscovery program across the full EDRM lifecycle. Manages legal hold systems, data preservation and collection, processing, review, production, vendor relationships, workflows, and chain-of-custody requirements. Evaluates AI, machine learning, TAR/CAL, predictive coding, and analytics solutions while ensuring defensible legal processes. Partners with Legal, Privacy, Records Management, IT, Compliance, Cybersecurity, outside counsel, and business stakeholders, and mentors team members.

The Clinical Research Lead drives clinical trial execution by engaging investigators, managing sites, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize enrollment and compliance with protocols in the immunology therapeutic area.

Provide strategic patent counseling for key pharmaceutical assets: develop global patent filing and prosecution strategies, assess freedom-to-operate and IP risk, advise senior management, lead projects and task-directed teams, and drive continuous improvement in patent practice.

Lead litigation and policy strategy involving drug pricing, access, reimbursement, and related federal/state laws. Advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams, manage litigation and investigations, oversee outside counsel and budgets, engage external stakeholders and agencies, monitor legal and policy developments, and identify affirmative litigation and advocacy opportunities to advance market access objectives.

Provide medical and scientific leadership for clinical development of oncology/malignant hematology programs: design and review protocols, ensure GCP/regulatory compliance, monitor patient safety and adverse events, support data dissemination, regulatory submissions, investigator engagement, and commercialization strategy. Serve as medical resource across cross-functional teams and represent the product externally to thought leaders and at congresses.

Lead end-to-end commercial assessments for licensing and acquisition opportunities, develop forecasting models, and influence BD leadership through data-driven insights while bridging new markets with comprehensive strategies.
