Coordinates clinical research data and source documentation across clinical operations, contracts, study sites, and CTMS teams. Interprets clinical trial agreements, performs system data entry, reviews CTMS templates, develops standardized source documents, supports system integration, addresses audit findings, and provides site troubleshooting. Ensures documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and alignment with protocol requirements across multiple studies.

Provide travel-based operational support to East Coast clinical trial sites: manage startup, patient recruitment, screening, consent, study visits, EDC entry, IRB submissions, regulatory binders, monitoring/audit readiness, and train/onboard site staff while coordinating travel logistics and ensuring GCP compliance.

First-line IT support handling high-volume helpdesk requests via Freshservice. Troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware/software, support Microsoft 365, assist with device provisioning using Intune/Autopilot, manage accounts in Entra ID, support remote users, document resolutions, perform basic network troubleshooting, contribute to the IT knowledge base, and assist on IT projects and onboarding/offboarding.
