Serve as the senior on-site IT resource for the Austin lab: triage and resolve tickets, maintain Windows Server and hybrid identity, manage Intune and endpoints, ensure uptime for instrument PCs and networked lab equipment, perform hardware and network troubleshooting, coordinate vendor and cross-team deployments, document procedures, and mentor junior IT staff for a 24/7 production environment.

The Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations oversees 24/7 lab operations, manages teams, ensures compliance with regulations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide on-site hardware and software support for automated cloud lab experiments, troubleshoot code and instrument issues, improve lab productivity and reliability, collaborate with Scientific Development and Lab Ops, and develop expertise in Wolfram Language and all lab instruments and experiment types.
