Manages and grows independent agency relationships across an assigned South Texas territory, driving new business, retention, profitability, and workers’ compensation product growth. Reviews and prices complex risks, makes underwriting decisions within authority, analyzes territory performance, and develops corrective strategies. Partners with Claims, Loss Control, and other departments to resolve issues and improve service. Leads agency engagement, training, audits, business planning, and industry representation while mentoring team members and supporting regional leadership.

Operates and improves secure, highly available infrastructure across RHEL, Windows, Azure, and multi-cloud environments. Responsibilities include server and network installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, automation, middleware support, security, disaster recovery, vendor coordination, documentation, and on-call support. The role also leads technical projects, mentors junior staff, supports development environments, manages asset lifecycles, and participates in infrastructure planning and optimization.

Manages the enterprise Data Governance and Analytics Center of Excellence, leading staff, governance initiatives, analytics strategy, maturity modeling, budgets, vendors, and planning. Coordinates data quality, stewardship, privacy, acquisition, and release programs while partnering with data scientists, engineers, technology governance teams, and business stakeholders. Develops executive presentations, aligns enterprise definitions and algorithms, establishes standards, and ensures analytics projects and business cases meet organizational objectives and deadlines.
