Coordinates healthcare hospital-opening and enterprise projects from initiation through operational launch. Develops schedules, budgets, readiness plans, and status reports; manages cross-functional stakeholders, resources, risks, contracts, supplies, construction punch lists, and regulatory readiness. Partners with leadership, health-system stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget objectives. Requires approximately 25% travel, including on-site support during hospital move-in, turnover, audits, and opening activities.

Leads revenue cycle operations across billing, coding, payment posting, denials, refunds, insurance follow-up, and customer service. Supervises managers and staff, develops procedures, monitors KPIs, analyzes denials and payment delays, oversees audits and compliance, manages payer and clearinghouse processes, and drives efficiency and revenue improvement. Serves as the revenue cycle subject matter expert and partners with IT and leadership on operational issues and process improvements.
