Leads the bank’s technology governance and resilience framework, overseeing third-party risk, change management, incident response, business continuity, vendor oversight, policies, audits, regulatory engagement, and executive reporting. Build and maintain APIs, system integrations, and integration architecture for digital banking and core platforms. The role also requires rigorous code review, documentation, change management, and secure development practices within a regulated banking environment.
