We offer all employees the opportunity to earn a 5% sales commission. If you recognize a sales opportunity, help build a business case, and assist with closing the deal you get 5% on that project.

Full-time employees receive 10 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick time, 8 paid holidays, and Engagency Winter Break (Christmas to New Years PTO)

Engagency's dress code is very casual. Shorts, t-shirts, and flip-flops (or no shoes at all) are common. We want everyone to focus on solving problems, not on what they look like.

We host team events at least each quarter. Boat cruises, bowling, ice skating, wine tasting, potlucks, and game nights. We have a down to earth team so we always have a great time together.

Free Daily Meals

We have an in-house chef who prepares wonderful home cooked lunches. Vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore options. Salad bar, sandwich bar, and a hot vegan meal every day.
