Lead end-to-end compliance strategy for novel medium-voltage solid-state transformer products, from architecture through certification and market launch. Interpret overlapping and evolving standards, coordinate certification testing with NRTLs, manage test plans and findings, integrate compliance into engineering design, lead pre-compliance validation, and maintain technical compliance documentation. Represent Enphase on OCP, IEEE, UL, and other standards committees while managing certification schedules and cross-functional dependencies.

Designs, integrates, verifies, and tests commercial and industrial renewable energy systems involving solar, EV charging, and energy storage. Responsibilities include test automation, electrical and electronics system assembly, architecture definition, requirements documentation, systems modeling, simulation, reporting, and troubleshooting. The role also supports field data collection and repairs, requires occasional local and international travel, and involves working with test equipment and communication protocols.

Develop, integrate, and validate real-time inverter control firmware for Enphase’s solid-state transformer platform. Responsibilities include C/C++ firmware development, simulation and hardware-in-the-loop testing, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, hardware bring-up, debugging, control co-design, requirements and integration planning, and mentoring junior engineers. The role focuses on embedded systems, power electronics controls, multicore and real-time firmware, and prototype validation.
