Lead large-scale OS and hardware migrations, own lifecycle management, incident escalation/RCA, HA/DR design, and mentor L3 engineers while ensuring governance, compliance, and vendor coordination.

This role focuses on designing automation solutions across multiple platforms, reducing human intervention through innovative engineering, and enhancing system performance using agile methodologies.

Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and commercialization for mainframe hybrid data and integration services. Enable mainframe data and transactions as consumable APIs, drive API enablement, data extraction/streaming, and connectivity solutions. Partner with engineering, sales, solution architects, and marketing to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, prioritize features, and support go-to-market and sales engagement.
