Requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong Agile expertise, and experience leading technical or cross-functional teams. The role is remote with approximately 20% travel to customer sites.

Provides data management, database administration, performance reporting, QA/QC, and analytical support for NOAA environmental restoration programs. Develops Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations; supports Power Apps, Dataverse, database processes, testing, and user acceptance. Translates program needs into technical requirements, documents business rules and procedures, trains users, troubleshoots data issues, and analyzes performance trends. Requires collaboration with program staff, project managers, leadership, and technical developers, with occasional travel and periodic on-site meetings.

Designs and maintains secure DevOps platforms supporting Navy software development and infrastructure. Responsibilities include GitLab CI/CD, Terraform infrastructure as code, Kubernetes automation, cloud networking, base-image hardening, risk assessments, security control validation, infrastructure testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and Agile collaboration. The role requires cloud and DevSecOps experience, Security+ certification, U.S. citizenship, quarterly and ad hoc travel, and an active interim Secret clearance.

Facilitates Agile ceremonies and SAFe events for an Agile Release Train, coaches teams toward self-management, coordinates dependencies, removes impediments, tracks metrics, and promotes Lean-Agile practices. The role partners with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and stakeholders to support backlog refinement, PI objectives, continuous improvement, and cross-team alignment. Travel to US Navy facilities is required at least three times annually.

Develops and maintains full-stack software within a remote Agile DevOps team. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, Java and frontend development, REST APIs, data access layers, database schemas, automated testing, CI/CD implementation, and Docker-based development. The role also supports quality, security, and deployment standards while collaborating within a Scrum team.

Analyzes IT business processes, identifies workflow improvements, manages operational incidents, documents requirements and procedures, supports user acceptance testing, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders. The role performs root-cause analysis, develops functional specifications, supports IT projects, ensures alignment with business requirements, and mentors junior analysts on business analysis practices.

Develop, modernize, operate, and maintain mission-critical software for CNMOC. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, testing, debugging, ETL/ELT pipeline development, data integration, cloud and container operations, translating customer needs into user stories, sprint delivery, technical communication, and mentoring developers. The role also supports geospatial systems, databases, DevSecOps practices, Agile ceremonies, and customer issue escalation.

Lead data architecture for NAVSUP OIS, including database design, data modeling, warehouse strategy, ETL/ELT pipelines, migration, security, retention, backup, recovery, and performance optimization. Coordinate cloud and containerized environments, guide data engineers and DBAs, and support modernization from Oracle to cloud and analytical platforms. The role also provides technical leadership, architecture planning, integration, risk assessment, and policy development for mission-critical systems.

Designs, builds, and maintains DevSecOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, infrastructure-as-code, and automated security validation. Supports AWS networking, image hardening, risk assessments, DoD and NIST compliance, system testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and Agile delivery for United States Navy systems. Requires collaboration across engineering teams, technical writers, and project work teams, along with periodic travel and active Secret clearance.
