Lead a forward-deployed engineering team to build customer-specific, production-ready software. Partner with customers to identify automation opportunities, design and deploy cloud-native solutions, stay hands-on in architecture and development, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, platform, and customer success to turn recurring needs into reusable capabilities.

Lead a small full-stack development team to architect, implement, and deliver scalable, secure features. Provide technical direction, code reviews, mentorship, planning, and cross-team coordination from design through post-release support.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications, services, APIs, and frameworks. Participate in architecture and code reviews, leverage AI-assisted development, build automation and CI/CD tooling, enforce secure coding and engineering standards, estimate work, identify risks, and mentor developers to improve team productivity and quality.

Lead the evaluation of ITGCs, assess cybersecurity controls, drive cybersecurity audits, and provide advisory services on risk mitigation and compliance with SOX. Oversee SOX certification processes, emerging threats, and continuous improvement initiatives in IT Audit and cybersecurity.

Provide application support for BisTrack and Microsoft Dynamics GP: investigate and document support cases, perform root cause analysis, liaise with development and QA, explain accounting processes to customers, manage and communicate case updates, and travel to US user conferences.

Lead and grow a global Forward Deployed Engineering team to build a next-generation AI agent platform; drive AI adoption across the software lifecycle; manage delivery, hiring, and performance; partner with product and engineering to design cloud-native Azure solutions using Python and C#; collaborate with customers to validate use cases and convert feedback into reusable platform features.

Participate in consulting engagements performing implementation tasks and producing deliverables. Work independently on smaller projects, coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams, identify risks, meet utilization targets, and demonstrate functional knowledge of ERP/EDI modules for manufacturing and supply chain.

Implement and customize Epicor Eclipse ERP solutions for clients, mentor professional services consultants, configure software, deliver training and support, collaborate to understand business processes, ensure client satisfaction, meet project goals and timelines, and travel regularly to client sites.

Lead global Consulting Services innovation by developing standardized methodologies, AI-enabled delivery capabilities, reusable assets, and scalable service offerings. Own the Ascend methodology and One Epicor Delivery Experience, partner with Product teams, validate and industrialize new capabilities, and build multidisciplinary global teams to accelerate implementation speed and customer outcomes with financial and operational discipline.
