Lead complex energy-sector capital projects from concept through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, multidisciplinary teams, permitting, and environmental impact assessments. Advise clients on regulatory requirements, develop proposals, support business growth, maintain client relationships, mentor staff, and coordinate projects involving oil and gas, LNG, renewables, low-carbon infrastructure, energy storage, and transmission.

Lead technical and business development for natural resources practice, providing senior oversight of biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, permitting, client relationship growth, mentoring teams, and delivering multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure programs.

Lead regional cultural heritage consulting across the Gulf region: manage NHPA/NEPA compliance projects, grow business, mentor teams, oversee technical deliverables, liaise with regulators and clients, and support proposal and subcontractor management for large energy and infrastructure projects.
