Leads and coaches an SDR team responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting, qualification, meetings, opportunity acceptance, and pipeline creation. Owns coverage models, CRM discipline, reporting, dashboards, onboarding, enablement, and scalable sales playbooks. Partners with Marketing, Software Sales, Revenue Operations, and Growth leadership to improve lead quality, conversion, handoffs, and customer experiences. This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role requiring occasional travel.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Eventeny clients by driving retention, renewals, expansion, and successful platform adoption. Responsibilities include account planning, health metric analysis, renewal forecasting, contract negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, customer communication, and maintaining account records. The role partners with Customer Operations, supports customer events and presentations, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients.

Drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement through data-driven growth marketing across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, conference, and partnership channels. The role owns multi-channel campaigns, funnel optimization, A/B testing, marketing automation, KPI reporting, customer and market research, and growth initiatives. It also leads the growth marketing function, establishes processes and standards, mentors team members, and collaborates with sales, customer success, product, creative, and content teams.
