401(K)

Evernote's 401(k) plan is provided through Vanguard. It offers both traditional and Roth options. We have a wide variety investment options to choose from. Employees may participate immediately.

Evernote matches 50% of an employee's contribution up to 4% of their annual base salary, with immediate vesting for matched contributions. Example: Employee contribution 4%, Evernote match 2%.

Disability insurance

Evernote's short term disability is 60% of an employee's weekly salary up to a $2,310 maximum weekly benefit. Long term disability is 66.6% of an employee's monthly salary up to $12,000 monthly.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Evernote Corporation has a Section 125 Plan available through Discovery. One debit card is issued per user and can be issued for both FSA and HSA.

Health insurance

We offer a number of health plans with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance), and cover 100% of the employee premium and 70% of any dependent coverage elected.

Life insurance

Evernote provides Life/AD&D coverage, in the amount of 2 times of annual salary, up to $500k for all benefits eligible employees at no cost, through Cigna. Voluntary life insurance is also available.
