Lead large-scale observability assessments and migrations across metrics, logs, and traces. Analyze telemetry volume, cardinality, retention, performance, and costs; design AWS-native OpenTelemetry architectures; build TCO models; and lead platform migration execution. Rebuild pipelines, dashboards, alerts, retention policies, ownership tagging, and instrumentation standards. Serve as a player-coach and primary technical contact for customer engineering leadership while delivering architecture, migration, commercial, and executive recommendations.

Lead modernization discovery and execution for a large-scale Amazon EKS platform. Establish estate baselines, analyze failure domains and capacity, design multi-cluster architecture, automate upgrades, optimize compute costs, and migrate workloads to ARM64 Graviton. Lead a customer-facing technical pod, implement Karpenter and platform improvements, reduce operational toil, develop cost and capacity models, and communicate recommendations to engineering leadership.

Owns net-new customer acquisition from pipeline creation through close. Builds outbound target lists, develops relationships, converts AWS co-sell opportunities, and runs consultative technical sales cycles with engineering and executive buyers. Maintains forecasts and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot while managing a small set of existing accounts. The role focuses on selling cloud, platform, managed, and professional services engagements, with expected travel of approximately 20–40%.
