Recently we introduced a mental health and wellness program that includes Classpass, a monthly fitness incentive, and access to Talkspace and other mental health support programs. Everyware has a 401k with employer match through Guideline.

Everyware's current contribution for a 401k plan is 50% match on an employee's contributions up to 4% of their salary.
