Own the end-to-end development of internal and service-partner operational products supporting Fetch’s Package, Market, Storage, and Trash services. Lead discovery, prioritization, delivery, experimentation, and post-launch analysis while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Data. Improve workflows and tooling, translate ambiguous problems into scalable product plans, and drive measurable outcomes as the company expands into new markets and service verticals.

Manage and expand national customer relationships, drive enterprise agreements and regional adoption, identify account growth opportunities, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with internal teams. The role includes preparing proposals and demonstrations, reporting account updates and risks to sales leadership, maintaining client communication, and monitoring industry trends. Candidates need at least five years of outside sales experience in PropTech, SaaS, or commercial real estate technology, multifamily industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
