Own Fieldguide’s B2B demand generation engine across webinars, nurture tracks, email campaigns, content distribution, ABM coordination, and event promotion. Manage campaign calendars, segmentation, conversion measurement, pipeline reporting, and lifecycle programs. Partner with marketing and sales teams while using AI to automate campaign execution and performance monitoring. The role requires hands-on ownership of large-scale pipeline programs and continuous optimization based on funnel metrics.

Own Fieldguide’s social media strategy, content calendar, and execution. Repurpose long-form assets, product releases, thought leadership, and customer stories into engaging social-native content. Write short-form content for subject-matter experts, manage content systems and brand guidelines, and collaborate with product, demand generation, marketing, and communications teams on campaigns. Translate complex audit and advisory topics into compelling copy and visual formats across social platforms.

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and ancillary events. Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, booth experience, speaker submissions, and onsite operations. Align events with sales and marketing priorities, capture and route leads, measure event KPIs and ROI, and travel regularly for onsite execution.

Own motion design for brand videos, product explainers, campaigns, and events. Translate technical product concepts into clear visual stories through UI animation, data visualization, abstract sequences, typography, and motion systems. Collaborate with brand, product marketing, design, product designers, and video editors from concept through delivery while establishing Fieldguide’s motion language and animation standards.

Own end-to-end design for complex audit workflows, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, deliver scalable solutions, and modernize audit processes. Translate customer needs and research into polished user journeys and interfaces, balance speed with usability, contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and design AI-assisted workflows for auditors.

Manage and scale the accounting function: own monthly close (journals, reconciliations, accruals, reporting), handle revenue, AR, payroll, commissions, expenses, prepaids, and fixed assets. Review contracts, improve workflows (including Rillet), build controls, use AI/automation to streamline close, partner with Strategic Finance and cross-functional teams, and support audits, tax filings, compliance, and new accounting projects.

Own the full sales cycle for Fieldguide’s AI audit platform across public sector organizations, initially focusing on federal accounts. Build territory and go-to-market strategy, navigate complex government procurement processes, exceed revenue targets, develop executive and practitioner relationships, and manage multithreaded enterprise deals. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape messaging, sales processes, and market expansion into state, local, and higher education sectors. The role is fully remote in the United States with up to 30% travel.

The Strategic Partnerships Director will activate and scale a partner ecosystem, manage strategic technology partnerships, and drive measurable revenue while collaborating across teams.
