Lead and scale a partner ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MSSPs) across the US West Coast/Canada. Own partner recruiting, onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, co-selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and regional demand generation. Align closely with field sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, improve channel programs, and provide market/competitive insights.

Own end-to-end instructional content for Filigran Academy: design learning paths, courses, and certifications; manage SME collaboration, multimedia production, quality, LMS delivery, and metrics; apply instructional design principles; contribute to ILT and team standards; and leverage AI tools to optimize content workflows.

Own and scale Filigran's technology partner ecosystem: identify partners, negotiate technical alliances, prioritize and drive connector delivery with partners and internal engineering tied to pipeline, enable commercial teams with joint assets, and report ecosystem health and impact to leadership.

Deliver instructor-led training (onsite and virtual) and lab-based workshops for threat analysts and administrators. Develop training content, learning paths, and certification programs. Inform product roadmap with learner feedback, mentor junior staff, maintain delivery standards, and manage logistics to scale Filigran's training function.
