Leads Flywire’s B2B engineering organization across the Americas, owning technology strategy, architecture, delivery, scalability, and engineering culture. Builds internal teams, reduces contractor dependency, establishes Austin as an engineering hub, and drives AI-first product and engineering improvements. Partners with executive, product, commercial, security, infrastructure, and data leaders on payments, transaction processing, integrations, reliability, compliance, and platform design. Recruits and develops senior engineering talent while representing B2B engineering in executive decision-making.

Guide clients through technical implementation of Flywire payment products, including discovery, configuration, integration, testing, launch, and post-implementation support. Lead multiple client projects, run workshops, troubleshoot integration issues, provide technical consultation, maintain documentation, and relay client feedback to Product teams. The role requires strong client management, project management, software implementation, API familiarity, and fluent English and Spanish communication.
