Define requirements, ensure compliance with functional-safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 13849), own safety-critical interfaces, support certification (e.g., SIL 3), drive customer discovery, enable new verticals, and coordinate cross-functional delivery, security integration, and go-to-market activities.

Responsible for leading sales efforts in Southeast and Central USA, managing strategic accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer engagement.

The Lead Customer Solutions Engineer will oversee customer integrations, mentor junior engineers, and influence product development while ensuring safety compliance.

The role focuses on developing comprehensive product and release documentation, managing AI knowledge architecture, and ensuring accurate in-product guidance and API references. The candidate must have strong editorial judgment and technical understanding to enhance user documentation.
