Leads major government and commercial business development pursuits, including opportunity identification, capture strategy, customer engagement, teaming, staffing input, competitive positioning, and solution development. Builds pipelines, shapes growth strategies, provides market and customer intelligence, manages dispersed business development resources, and supports product and capability roadmaps. The role is primarily remote but requires travel to offices and customer locations across the United States.

The Director of Business Development for Response Logistics drives new business growth in disaster relief and related services, manages customer relationships, and leads an integrated team to develop strategies and execution plans.

Coordinates domestic and international training logistics, including course scheduling, candidate briefings, registration documentation, pipeline tracking, attendance monitoring, and completion reporting. Partners with Recruiting, HR, Travel, and Operations to align training capacity with hiring needs, support candidate deployments, resolve compliance issues, and escalate pipeline bottlenecks.

Oversee administrative functions for a statewide government-contracted detainee transportation program. Maintain personnel, credential, certification, attendance, compliance, and operational records; coordinate onboarding and staffing; prepare reports, rosters, payroll verification, and audit documentation; manage filing systems and sensitive data; standardize workflows; and coordinate with internal departments, government representatives, and regional operational sites.

Leads government-contract pricing strategy, competitive pricing models, cost analyses, proposal narratives, and price-to-win initiatives. Partners with Finance, Business Development, Technical Solutions, Procurement, Contracts, executives, and subcontractors to develop compliant proposals and contract modifications. Supports forward pricing rates, project controls, earned value, completion-cost estimates, audits, and historical financial analysis while ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.

Performs administrative and logistics support in Baghdad, including maintaining personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records; preparing reports; managing schedules and timesheets; coordinating transportation, housing, shipping, billeting, storage, and maintenance; and tracking equipment and supplies. The role requires overseas logistics experience, property management expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, a Secret clearance, medical and physical qualification, and completion of pre-deployment training.

The Director of Capture leads federal business development efforts, manages capture teams, presents to leadership, and develops strategic plans for significant contract pursuits.

The Communications and IT Specialist will maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, provide technical assistance, and perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment.

Oversees proposal operations and development, leading teams in creating timely and compliant proposals for business development efforts while supporting multiple service lines.
