Owns the full sales cycle for mid-market strategic accounts, including prospecting, qualification, territory planning, proposals, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Solve complex architectural problems, refactor code, mentor engineers, communicate technical direction, and develop distributed systems using cloud, big-data, and backend technologies.

Build and maintain scalable web and mobile applications across the full software development lifecycle. Own front-end and back-end development, design API infrastructure, integrate internal and third-party services, and deploy end-to-end solutions. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders to solve operational challenges. Mentor engineers, communicate technical direction, and deliver high-performing, customer-focused products.

Leads a software engineering team while remaining hands-on technically. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing engineers, guiding architecture and technical discussions, partnering with product and UX, building interfaces and backend systems, and improving application scalability, stability, security, and efficiency. The manager will influence technical strategy, evolve roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, and support cloud-based distributed systems.
