The role requires technical expertise in land development, strong leadership, Texas PE licensure, and the ability to balance engineering, business development, financial, and operational responsibilities.

Lead wastewater treatment and collection system design projects for municipal clients. Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary engineering teams, reviewing technical deliverables, supporting hydraulic modeling and process evaluations, guiding rehabilitation design, mentoring staff, and collaborating across regional Water Environment teams. The role requires a Professional Engineer license, extensive wastewater or municipal infrastructure experience, and travel to project sites, conferences, training, and other offices.

Lead GBA’s Texas wastewater treatment practice through market growth, client relationship development, technical oversight, project governance, financial performance management, and organizational leadership. The role guides municipal wastewater infrastructure projects, develops senior teams, supports business development, and represents GBA with clients, regulators, professional organizations, and industry partners. Travel up to 50% is required across client, project, and industry activities.
