The Senior Financial Analyst owns planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis for assigned business areas. The role provides actionable insights, evaluates business cases and investments, identifies risks and opportunities, partners with Finance and Accounting, and advises business leaders. Responsibilities include improving finance processes and tools, automating reporting and models, maintaining data accuracy, ensuring financial governance, and mentoring junior staff.

Supports strategic finance through financial modeling, forecasting, enterprise governance, budget compliance, ROI analysis, and GAAP-related controls. Develops financial reports, dashboards, business cases, and project portfolio analyses while helping refine long-range planning processes and supporting financial planning systems. The role collaborates across departments, communicates variances to leadership, maintains data and system controls, and contributes to business intelligence improvements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support web and software solutions; estimate and document work; troubleshoot and monitor systems; implement CI/CD and DevOps practices; collaborate with stakeholders; specialize in web UI/UX, CMS platforms, modern frameworks, APIs, and scalable architectures.

Design, implement, and maintain data center, campus LAN, internet edge, and branch networks for hybrid cloud and SDDC environments. Automate deployments with CI/CD, configure firewalls/load balancers/routers/switches, perform capacity planning and monitoring, troubleshoot L2/L3 issues, support escalations, produce reports and documentation, coordinate with project teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, implement, and maintain data center, campus LAN, internet edge, and branch networks across hybrid cloud and SDDC platforms. Automate deployments, configure firewalls/load balancers/routers/switches, perform capacity planning and monitoring, manage escalations, produce operational documentation and KPIs, and mentor junior engineers while supporting 24/7 operations.

Lead and manage the General Ledger accounting team, oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal entry review, internal controls, audits, and special projects. Hire, mentor, set performance expectations, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP. Use Oracle GL and advanced Excel to maintain accurate financial reporting.

Lead Business Analyst partners with leadership to analyze data, evaluate processes, define requirements, build reports/dashboards, drive cross-functional improvements, and deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Lead ownership and continuous improvement of assigned customer journey stages. Drive cross-functional CX initiatives from analysis through delivery, monitor journey KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, maintain CX backlog and documentation, embed VoC insights, and deliver executive reporting to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and operational outcomes.

Provide technical pre- and post-sales support: design and validate network and multi-discipline solutions, produce diagrams and estimates, attend customer sites, support proposals/RFPs, and hand off to delivery while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Manage operational aspects and end-of-life for product lines, analyze customer and usage data to recommend improvements, define KPIs, align cross-functional stakeholders, run EOL planning and communications, and support post-launch product optimization across broadband, wireless, or business data & voice domains.

Designs, implements, and supports high-availability transport networks. Performs architecture, capacity planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and testing. Leads complex projects, manages escalations, mentors junior engineers, and aligns transport engineering with long-term technical strategy.
