Leads the Creative Services traffic team and manages the full lifecycle of marketing projects, including intake, scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, proofing, stakeholder approvals, reporting, and delivery. Oversees Workfront dashboards, process mapping, workflow optimization, cross-functional alignment, rush-request tradeoffs, and freelancer resourcing. Mentors team members, manages performance, and ensures high-quality, timely execution of creative deliverables in a regulated environment.
