Directs the claims management function for Master Policy TLL and Contents Claims. Leads claims adjusters, oversees complex claim adjustment and settlements, ensures regulatory compliance, manages disputes and DOI complaints, represents the company in depositions, and improves departmental performance. The role also develops team capabilities, maintains external stakeholder relationships, and analyzes claims trends and operational metrics.

Own and scale partner integrations: define technical requirements, manage commercial relationships (SLAs, escalations), ensure data quality across payments and document processing, create processes and documentation to reduce verification time and operational friction.

Ensure engineering teams build the right work by producing high-quality context, maintaining AI-driven documentation, writing and validating SQL analyses and recurring reports, prototyping proofs-of-concept, and capturing acceptance criteria, edge cases, and measurable outcomes.

Own and optimize vendor credentialing risk and insurance workflows: translate client requirements into platform rules, create templates and playbooks, review COIs and contracts, manage exceptions, collaborate with Product/Ops/Legal, present compliance metrics, and support sales and client education.
