Leads a new financial services sales region in the New York area, building and managing an Account Executive team focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, territory planning, go-to-market execution, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue delivery, partner collaboration, and executive customer engagement. The role requires developing strategies for regulated financial institutions and educating the team on GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform, security, compliance, and industry requirements.

Deliver GitLab professional services for public sector customers, including installations, upgrades, migrations, training, and advisory engagements. Plan and execute deployments using infrastructure and configuration as code, provide technical guidance, manage multiple customer projects, and coordinate with project and engineering teams. The role also includes mentoring peers, improving delivery practices, supporting secure government environments, and traveling occasionally to SCIF sites.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform across Southern EMEA. Lead discovery, demonstrations, workshops, solution design, proofs of value, tenders, audits, and technical evaluations. Advise customers on software development, CI/CD, security, cloud, and digital transformation while partnering with Account Executives and internal teams to support revenue growth, platform adoption, and customer advocacy.
