The Director, Commercial Accounts will drive new business and revenue growth across banking accounts in the assigned territory. Lead procurement, purchasing, and planning for the Americas. Develop and execute regional procurement strategies, supplier performance management, inventory and production planning, and continuous improvement. Manage an eight-person team, collaborate across global functions, drive ERP planning, ensure regulatory/safety compliance, and deliver cost, quality, and service objectives.

As a Production Specialist you will configure, test, troubleshoot, assemble and rebuild cash-handling equipment, perform precision fitting and electrical testing, maintain inventory, support ISO compliance, record machine performance data, collaborate with Quality, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Lead and expand strategic fintech and financial-institution partnerships, manage technical integrations and partner success metrics, liaise with internal teams to resolve hardware/software integration issues, support integration planning and GTM for middleware and device controllers, and oversee the sales pipeline to maximize revenue.
